Number of Items The number of items the assessment tool contains. Administration Type The mode in which the assessment tool is completed (e.g., Self-Report or Par- ent-Completed). Administration Time The length of time required to administer the assessment tool. Translations This section indicates whether a translated version of the assessment tool is avail- able. Please contact MHS to ask about other translation options. Qualifi cation Level The minimum level of qualifi cation needed to purchase and use the assessment tool. See page 7 for details. Format(s) The administration and scoring options available for the assessment (i.e., hand- scored, online, or software). Reading Level The minimum grade level at which the respondent needs to be able to read in order to complete the assessment. Complementary Assessments Other instruments from MHS that work well with or are related to the assessment. Reports All of our assessments feature both Coach and Client reports that can be customized according to the individual's user's needs. They are designed with clear instructions, interpretation guidelines and results-driven content for both you and your client throughout the reports. • Personal reports These reports provide information about a single administration, presented numer- ically and graphically, including the individual's scores, how he or she compares to others, and which scales and subscales are elevated. • Workplace reports A self-report used when assessing anyone within the workplace and provides in- depth analysis. • Leadership reports A self-report when assessing leaders within an organization. • Team/Group reports A report used when an organization wishes to work on team-level strategies as it enables discussion around team-level implications. • 360° feedback reports 360 o feedback empowers leaders and managers to master their own development by providing information that they need to be more successful. The result is a powerful 360 o feedback assessment that focuses on the most critical developmen- tal goals of contemporary managers while delivering tremendous return on your training budget. • Simulation reports The opportunity to apply learning concepts is the cornerstone of e‡ ective leadership development programs.
