Organizational Development (OD) Solutions Leading High Performing Teams A three day, foundational leadership program that guides participants through assessments, simulations and coaching to uncover their leadership strengths and challenges. Leaders of all levels will learn and practice a coaching framework that will enable them to cultivate a high performing team.
